product description:

1.  ASCO  SCXE Model 353.060 electromagnetic pulse valve is a diaphragm valve with particularly high performance. The valve body is directly mounted on the outer wall of the air bag.

2. This product is suitable for dust collectors, especially the reverse blow pulse cleaning system includes a variety of filter bags, filter cartridges, flat bags, ceramic tubes and metal fiber filter bags.

3. Procedure: Recommended pulse width: 50-500ms; recommended pulse gap: 1 minute or more.

4. Simple maintenance: Before system maintenance, ensure that all system components have been fully discharged and cut off until the valve is completely installed. The diaphragm and conductance pilot valve should be routinely inspected every year to keep it intact.

5. Installation method:

(1) The SCXE 353.060 valve is mounted directly on the flange seat of the outer wall of the air bag. After the blow tube crosses the air bag, it is installed in accordance with the Asco drawings .

(2) Match the proper injection tube and mounting parts according to the valve instructions, and try to avoid flipping the valve to the bottom of the air bag.

(3) If the valve is equipped with an outlet pipe and a bulkhead connector, the bulkhead connector is only used for sealing purposes and cannot be used as a structural support component. It is not possible to rely solely on bulkhead connectors to hold the injection tube and air bag. Both the blow tube and the air bag must be separately fixed.

(4) Tighten the bulkhead nut with a maximum torque of 20 Nm.

(5) Tighten the outlet pipe with a torque of 20 Nm.

(6) Connect the control wire to the terminal block of each electric control valve. Note that the inlet cannot be prevented upwards to prevent the inflow of rainwater. Or connect the air control valve and the electromagnetic assembly box through the street and a piece of nylon tube.

(7) Make sure the supplied compressed air source is clean and dry.

(8) Provide moderate air pressure to the air bag system and check for installation leaks (wash with soapy water and check for air bubbles on the interface).

(9) Pressure inflate the system (pressure range of the valve is 0.3~8.6 bar). It is recommended to inflate the air bag up to 8 kg.

(10) Test the injection sequence of the pulse valve, test whether all the pilot valves are operating properly, and whether the pulse injection sound is crisp.
